Start with a shared situation

Group Chat Role and Road Trip Friend work well when everyone recognizes the setting. Party Side Quest is a more imaginative starting point. Choose a situation people are comfortable discussing, then answer independently before comparing results. Nobody needs to enter another person's name or provide a private conversation.

Compare the choices behind the label

Two friends can get different outcomes while making one identical choice. Look at that overlap first. Ask which task each person would enjoy on a real outing, and which they would rather share. A fictional coordinator result should not become an excuse to give one person all the planning work.

Make the next plan easier

Use the game as an invitation to distribute a small shared task. One person might choose a location while another checks the time or brings a game. Keep roles voluntary and flexible. The practical payoff is a plan that suits the people involved, rather than proving that a result was right.
