Deterministic means repeatable
A deterministic process gives the same output when it receives the same input. Poll2Day combines the game identity with the submitted choices to create a one-way seed. For the scored launch games, answer weights select the leading theme and a seed resolves ties. Changing an answer can change those totals. Keeping all answers the same keeps the result stable while the game definition stays unchanged.
Repeatability matters for sharing. A friend opening a result link should see the result that was sent, and a player trying the same choices should not receive a random contradiction moments later. Stability is a product feature, not evidence that the outcome is true.
How the launch games score answer patterns
Every launch game uses scored choices. Each selected option adds three points to its main theme and one to a second theme. The theme with the highest total wins. Love Compatibility also adds three points to one theme using a repeatable combination of both names and the connection answer. Ties are resolved consistently. This scoring is editorial game design. It is not trained on private profiles, psychological records, messages, or a scientific sample. The questions and results are written to create a coherent entertainment experience and a useful conversation prompt.
What the result URL contains
The public result address contains the game slug and an opaque seed. It does not place a player name, email address, birthday, partner name, or social-profile identifier directly in the URL. A name may be kept temporarily in the browser session so the on-screen card can feel personal.
Poll2Day result pages are excluded from search indexing. They remain accessible to people who receive the link, while the searchable site focuses on original game pages and editorial guides rather than thousands of similar personalized URLs.
What Poll2Day does not do
The site does not know future events, secret feelings, financial outcomes, marriage timing, or an ideal country for a particular person. Optional Facebook sign-in can prefill basic profile details when available, but it does not provide access to passwords, private messages, contacts, posts, or browsing history.
Every prediction should be read as fiction with a reflective angle. Decisions about health, money, law, work, travel, safety, and relationships should be based on current evidence and appropriate expert guidance, never on a game result.
