Start with an experience

Comfort Food Story focuses on atmosphere, while Recipe Book Chapter focuses on what a dish can preserve besides instructions. Food Truck Road Trip and Fictional Restaurant invite you to design an experience. Your real preferences can differ from the scene you enjoy imagining; both are valid ways to play.

Describe before you rank

Try explaining a dish through texture, aroma, temperature, and the occasion it suits. Avoid assuming that everyone shares the same idea of comforting, adventurous, or ordinary food. When borrowing an actual recipe or tradition, keep its source and context attached rather than claiming it as an invention.

Make a shared meal flexible

If a result inspires a real gathering, ask guests what food works for them, including allergies and dietary needs. Make ingredients clear and give people comfortable choices. A welcoming table does not require anyone to taste an unfamiliar dish or explain a personal restriction to the whole group.
