Creativity games: leave with something you can try

This collection turns a result into a small creative prompt. Choose a film scene, an album cover, a poem object, or a board-game idea. The outcomes suggest starting points; they do not judge talent or decide which medium belongs to you.

Choose a manageable format

Novel Opening gives a first scene, while Comic Strip Role limits the story to three panels. Creative Constraint narrows materials or length. Pick a format small enough to try today, using what you already have. A finished experiment can be more useful than planning a project too large to begin.

Make two versions

Use the same result twice with one deliberate change. Draw an album cover once with a bright accent and once with muted colors. Tell a scene from two viewpoints. Keep the subject steady so you can notice what the change actually does. Neither version needs to become a public post or a portfolio piece.

Ask for useful feedback

Show the work to someone willing to look and ask a specific question: where did your eye go first, or what did you think the character wanted? Compare their response with your intention. Keep the observation separate from a global judgment about whether you are a creative person.
